with a mini sample cell which has only 3.5 ml maximum sample capacity and

Thanks for the suggestions about the analytical columns. I plan to pack some
columns myself with the suggested beads and also I am keen to trying monolithic
columns.
However, I don't know if anyone tried TSKgel columns for mega dalton protein
complexes or viruses?
