Thanks. Somehow I do not have version 5 of the 64 library in /usr/lib64

Dear Rik and Joel,
Thank you very much for organizing this great workshop for students. I
followed it online from New York. It was nice to see some familiar faces as
the speaker.
Hoping to see you all in coming future.

32 vs 64-bit issue? From your previous image, it appears your MOSFLM is
64-bit, but you’re trying to link it to a 32-bit curses library (check with
e.g. "file /usr/lib/libncurses++.so.5.9”). I don’t do Fedora myself, but I
could imagine that you’ve got 64-bit libraries in /usr/lib64, in which
[murph@localhost ~]$ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
[murph@localhost ~]$ ls -1l /usr/lib/libncurses*
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 19 Feb 26 09:24 /usr/lib/libncurses++.so.5 ->
libncurses++.so.5.9
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 17 Feb 26 09:24 /usr/lib/libncurses.so.5 ->
libncurses.so.
hello dear ccp4 users!
Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
In a Fedora box, a simple `sudo dnf install libncurses.so.5` installs the
missing library...but the error still pops up.
Dear Daniel,
This was my question also. I just purchased a new Mac book pro and see that
Mantiz sells an eGPU compatible with AMD cards for Thunderbolt 3 MacOS. I
would be very interested in anyone’s experience or advice in making stereo work
on the Mac platform.

If I may jump in, I wonder if there are any hardware configurations
(monitor, 3D glasses, graphics cards, etc.) that allow 3D graphics
with a MacIntosh OSX platform.

Just to add that for the Dual-Link DP-DVI to work, you need an active
adaptor which includes a supplementary USB power connection.Some years
ago, we purchased some from Dell, with new machines. They are
considerably more expensive than simple passive adaptors, but we have
had no problems with a sta
Hello,
thank you very much for the different answers.
In order to close the discussion, the solution is to expand first
the I213 asymmetric unit to a full I213 unit
cell contents (24 asu, 12 from the rotational symmetry and 12 from
the body-centering) using pdbse
Hi Veronica,
I'm not familiar with the Äkta Explorer but these older systems used to
have dedicated control cards.
Is the card also damaged? It is perhaps cheaper to purchase a used PC
with PCI slots where you can plugin the card. Obviously, you will need
to install the software and drivers.

Dear Christine,
here you can find my xorg.conf file.

I gave some replies below.
Sorry for the late answer, I do not read the ccp4bb every day.

I want to summarize my findings about the heme library and finish this

1)The heme coordinates in HEC.cif contain errors for B ring: it is turned
by 90 degrees relatively to heme plane.
2)HEC in PHENIX is not the same as in CCP4. It does not contain coordinates
