I suggest that you locate the ccp4.setup file in the version of ccp4
that you have installed and edit it to have all the variables pointing
at the correct directories. This means that you will have to locate the
directory where ccp4 has been installed.

I am facing problem with my installed ccp4 suit in opening through konsol.
It is displaying a warning note as following

(assigned to CCP4_MASTER) does not exist.
The CCP4 programs will not run correctly
