Hi Neeraj:
Terese Bergfors advises several things re PEG: buy gas chromatography quality,
don't mix brands/batches, store it in dark, +/- flush with nitrogen, store
aliquots at -20 deg C.

Hi alli have been trying to crystallize a protein and have had some
hits with conditions having PEG in them (400 and 4000).but everytime
i have tried to reproduce the conditions there has been a lot of
heterogeneity..and then to look for answers i delved a little deeper

Hi Junyu
It is possible at 6 Å resolution, what I would try is to cut your data
and try searching in different resolution ranges 20-7 or 25-6.5 , if you
are uncertain about your search model, try with a higher RMS value try
going up to 2.0. If you have any data, even at very low resolution, wi
