Wow that new blueprint is excellent -terrifying but excellent
One thing I don't understand is the section 5.1 and 5.2 -any thoughts please???
The other thing I didn't get it why they have put the BGP Route Dampening in
there -it's commonly understood that I causes more bad than good -I guess it's
Awesome blueprint. First time i have seen a ultimate blueprint . Cisco
specially designed IP FRR for one of its Customer , I can not disclose the
name of that customer & Cisco put that in our blueprint .

Marko ,
Cisco Internally they are using sun m/c's to simulate IOS XR. But they are
very high end Sun Servers. They are using one sun m/c as a line card. But
how they are connected that even i do not know. They are using it for
testing purpose.

Do Not worry man , It is very tough for us to simulate . We need a huge
infra to simulate IOS XR so better to use IPexpert Rack Rentals. They will
start it soon.

I haven't heard of that one so far, but I suspect that may be true. If
they have it the same way they have IOU, then it's a distinct
possibility. I suppose we'll have to wait and see.

There were no mention of the either. In fact, there was not even

Let me rephrase the question.
Will the new SP lab exam include a 2-hour troubleshooting section? Some form
of troubleshooting has been included in the current version of the exam.
What about the OEQs?

Hi
No troubleshooting and the OEQs seems as if they remain - thought they would
make it the same as R&S. Awaiting the equipment list on the lab.

Hello
I think they will upgrade the devices from 7200 to 7600 for VPLS & for IOS
XR 12k. Cisco will not add CRS i think so .
I think XR will be in the core & all the CE will be on IOS.

New CCIE SP blueprint has (finally) been announced. You can find the

My initial reaction is pretty confused, as the blueprint is FAR from
detailed. At best, it offers some vague idea and it appears it was cut
short (only 5
