Anytime that you are going to be redistributing a protocol into another and
then back into that originating protocol you are going to have potential for
routing loops.
With that being said.the exam is designed to test your understanding of the

All,
I figured out the issue...apparently after having a "Rumple Mints Shot" all
becomes clear Now only if this could be worked into the real lab day I
would be all set!
The issues was that I configured the VRF Green process under the serial
interface on R5 "nice"..but all is wor
All,
I have a question about Lab 27 task 27.11 which in reality is all of tasks 27.9
- 27.11
In these tasks your are asked to peer between R1 and R2 via BGP with R2
bringing in the routes from R1 into VRF RED. Also, you are asked to tag the
routes coming from R1 with a route-target as follows
In volume 1 lab 8 section 8.7 you are asked to not allow rip updates to go
across vlan 2567. Furthermore you are not allowed to make any changes to the
routers what-so-over.
To accomplish this task, on the switches I set vlan 2567 to be a private
isolated vlan and this solution worked sweet.
This senario calls for setting up a bgp confederation.
The confederation identifier in this case will be AS 109 with the peers being
the perspective 64xxx AS.
In this configuration, the world will see all the locations as AS 109.

The show frame map command is only going to show you dlci’s that have either
been statically mapped or learned via inverse-arp.
Example:
Router2#sh frame-relay map
Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 122.1.56.161 dlci 205(0xCD,0x30D0), static,
CISCO, status defined, active
Serial0/1/0 (up
Sh frame-relay pvc will show all the dlci's being distributed to you via
your frame cloud.

Group,
In volume 3 Mock Lab 1 Task 2.2 you are asked to setup a frame-relay
connection between router 4 and 5 using PPP over frame-relay. Utilizing
PPP over frame-relay implies that the configuration will use the
virtual-template configuration to accomplish the task, no problem.

Group,
I have a question in regards to Lab 12 task 25 (Redistribution).
The task states that on router 2, you are to redistribute bgp AS 256
into rip and have BB1 see the hop count as 5 for routes originating in
AS 256 with all other routes learned via redistribution with a metric of
