It seems from the discussion that these changes aren't permanent yet, and are
still under discussion and testing. People seem torn over whether this is a
good idea and this MP should be put on ice until it's resolved, with a new

So, the logic surrounding this means that over time as the new changes
start to have coverage of the whole queue and running tests (i.e. when
all the currently running tests have stopped and fresh ones have
started) this situation SHOULD be impossible. You should never be able
to have the same test

So I had a discussion with Paride recently, and we spoke a bit about Britney.
Since Britney doesn't interact with autopkgtest-web, I think this is the only
change required. Though I'm not sure if there's a situation where requester
would ever be none in this case. I think maybe the best idea is

It shouldn't cause an issue as a requested test for a package with no tests
doesn't break autopkgtest. However it may clog the database with logs like this:
