To me, this seems like an issue best solved with Britney, rather than
with autopkgtest. I believe, from the autopkgtest-cloud side, all we can
do is mark migration-reference/0 + neutral results to, from now on, be
"failures" instead to stop the packages migrating, but I don't think
this is ideal. I
Guys. The script runs on the rabbitmq-server. There are no creds on that unit.
Getting this to gather metrics and send them to influxdb is bikeshed IMO. I
don't think it matters enough to bother trying to gather these metrics - we
know the issue exists and has potentially been fixed in later rev
to add to that - we should be making an effort to use a more recent version of
the rabbitmq-server charm

I’ve made some modifications to the script which are in the MP.
I fixed an issue I found before in a previous MP, incorrect urls getting passed
to update-github-jobs, and I’ve made the script a bit faster too.
