Thanks. I just realize it was only discussed on IRC and mentioned in
Paride's comment, but is it possible to also promote for Jammy and Noble
so that we can backport `autopkgtest` as per its SRU exception

Now, just to be on the safe side, I recommend running:
./scripts/deploy-jobs.sh test
before and after your linting changes, and then checking the diff of the output
provided by jenkins job builder. I don't expect there to be changes, but I
think we should be on the safe side :) Aft

Seen on x:fips version 4.4.0-1105.112 in the s2024.08.05 cycle. This
only happens on s390x.
ubuntu_xfstests_btrfs, ubuntu_xfstests_ext4, ubuntu_xfstests_ext4, and
ubuntu_zfs_xfs_generic fail at the `setup` stage with the following

Additional datapoint: Bug state still manifests even when the `trace`
calls in this test case are commented out, so the problem is not related
to a lingering tcpdump process originating there.
The issue seems to only manifest as a consequence of the ping running in the
