Following the release of LXD 6.1, autopkgtest-cloud-lxd worker needs to
be updated, or LXD needs to be pinned to <6.1 releases.
This is due to the removal of the `core.trust_password` option [1], that
is used in the `cloud-config` of the workers [2] to set a pre-shared
secret
This was a long time ago, and many things have changed since then.
`autopkgtest-build-lxd` has been observed to work normally with more
recent versions of everything, so closing as "Won't fix".

* RabbitMQ's memory consumption has been studied closely, bringing many fixes
in autopkgtest-cloud.
* We have a watchdog restarting RabbitMQ when things go bad.
* This watchdog has been exercised a lot before the memory consumption fixes
