On oracular:linux-realtime, only on openstack amd64, the following tests
have been failing on 6.11.0-1001.1 and 6.11.1002.2.

- pcid-enabled

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2087985 is now extended and covers
"ubuntu-kernel-tests" as well, so this LP is duplicate. For ease of

I did try and fix a failing autopkgtest for highway on i386 by using
pkgconf:i386 but to no avail - I'm skeptical that this'd fix all issues
with i386. It'd definitely make the health of the architecture in
autopkgtest better though :)
