Find the PHP.INI for your desirde PHP Version, and view the executable path
marked with "PHP_BINDIR" variable.
Then do /path/to/php cake bake
hope it works... i have not tested :(

think. It uses PHP as CGI and in default the terminal uses PHP 4.
