I would say Cake is perfectly adequate for a job like this, there is
nothing there that I could forsee being a problem.
Similar applications? I think you have a fairly bespoke job there.
Payment gateways shouldn't be too tricky, there are a couple of good
PayPal examples around for Cake. Paypal h
