Does anyone have any experience with the Smarty Form Helper in Cake? I
am trying to use it to create a contact form.. but there isn't much
documentation for it.

I am building a site using cake and smarty. There seems to be a
problem with my CSS though. All of the individual pages dont seem to
be getting the CSS I wrote applied to them. In Safari and Google
Chrome the site looks good and comes out the way I want.. But in
