The NORMAL rules for FD state that any station operating D class (1D, 2D, etc)
cannot claim contacts made another D class station.HOWEVER, that rule is waived
for 2020. So, this year only, any class can count contacts made with any
class, including D class.
There is also confusion regarding the

If you have a Technician or higher class ham license, you can join in to make
Big Al tuck his tail between his legs. A Technician Class licensee has SSB
privileges on 10M from 28.300 to 28.500 MHz which is where 90% of the SSB
action is on 10
Did you make at least 1 QSO in the 10-10 Summer SSB event last weekend. If so,
be sure that you send the number of QSOs that you made to either (or both)
Nizar Mullani and Bill Stone. It doesn't matter if you have a 10-10 number or
not. All Nizar and Bill need are your number of QSOs. They d
OK, Heimlich Maneuver and Mikey, I'll join in also. The meeting is at 7:30 so
6PM should be fine. I'm picking up Elija, KF5WFB, a blind ham, so we will show
up at 6.

I'm downsizing my "treasures" and still have 2 new, unopened Xerox Laser Toner
Cartridges which are headed for the Harris County Hazardous Products Recycling
Center on Tuesday if no one takes them. They are for XC-800, XC-1000 and
compatible laser printers. That printer died a few years back.

It is impossible to schedule something to be free of conflicts. However you
should be aware of some Ham related conflicts in May and June:
May 15-17 - Dayton Hamvention. This is the largest Hamfest in the nation.
Typically 3 or 4 and sometimes a few more attend.
June 6 & 7 - Museum Ship
If you made 1 QSO or if you made 1000 QSOs in the recent 10-10 SSB Phone QSO
Party, be sure that you send in your log to them. THE DEADLINE IS THIS
WEEKEND! Be sure that you cite "SHOT" as your local chapter of 10-10. Since
Big Al and Sir William could not participate, SHOT needs you to subm
