Hi, I think most projects use Github Actions to run pre-merge checks on their PR's. What is currently blocked is using custom actions that are not whitelisted by the ASF. The reason is that these actions could unknowingly alter the repository and inject maleficent code. For more info you can read

We had scores of builds fail in this ~12 minute period. All were docker containers suddenly killed, and enough pointing towards underlying OOMs. It happened to lots of agents from various donors. Did something happen to ci-cassandra.a.o or CloudBees in this timeframe? regards, Mick

Hi, I'd like to move the jobs / split existing jobs of Apache Solr away from the previous combined Lucene/Solr builds. How to create a new Solr folder on ci-builds.apache.org? If somebody from INFRA creates a new folder, all Jobs should have access for the time being use the lucene1/lucene2 nodes
