I see that ZooKeeper (Ant based) precommit jobs are now failing due to the
absence of "findbugs".
We are assuming that findbugs is at:
/home/jenkins/tools/findbugs/latest/
Look at this run as an example:

It's still in the puppet file as far as I can tell:
