ActiveMQ stuck and SVN not polling for Cayenne

I killed the ActiveMQ-Trunk-Deploy #32 which had been running for 3 days and blocking lots of other builds (since Minerva is also offline). It seemed to already have a timeout of 300 minutes which didn't help. Is this a Hudson bug we should report? Also, Cayenne has stopped polling: http:/
