Continuum run on a virtual machine without lot of resources. It is why your
build take a long time to run.

I fixed it by killing some zombies java processes started 6-7 days ago.
All the memory and swap was used.

I don't know why the plugin can't be found, but a best practice is to define
the version of plugins so the build will be reproductible.
If you define the version, the build will be ok.
