I'm restarting builds.a.o to get an updated ssh-slaves plugin version in
place so that the cloud-provisioned slaves will work again. It should be
back up shortly - my apologies for interrupted builds.

I modified and reran:
https://builds.apache.org/job/Environment%20check/18/console
and it
reports that 'windows2' has 11 GB free on C: and 76 GB on F: (where
the %WORKSPACE% is)
