Which resource?
As Sonar doesn't have a fine access restriction the configuration is
available for sonar admins.
What do you want to do?

I answered the reason on an other thread.
A plugin has been upgraded whereas it shouldn't have been!
So I downgraded it but I don't have anymore sudo acces on aegis.a.o to
be able to restart Jenkins.

So maybe I found the issue.
The "Maven Integration plugin" has been upgraded to the last version
but this need a core upgrade.
BTW I still don't have anymore my sudo access and a restart is required.
If a lovely guy could restart jenkins again.
