Broken Jenkins build

Hi - our regular Jenkins build is broken on Apache Aries. Aries builds for me locally and this looks more like a Jenkins issue. The error suggests writing tojenkins-us...@googlegroups.com, but I'm not sure who actually set Jenkins up so I'm trying this list first. Can you help? Or knw who can?
