Odd TTY behavior in 7.4/7.3

Hello, This applies to OpenBSD 7.3 as well as 7.4. I have not tested earlier versions. Essentially, I can boot up, log in, and everything is fine. The system works perfectly as far as I can tell, although I haven't been able to accomplish much. However, when I switch TTYs through Ctrl+Alt+2 (etc
