During 'make check' my eye fell on a typo: "folume". Attached patch
fixes this, and takes the opportunity to also fix another typo and
to lowercase the message initial to match the other tests.

The texi manual of tar says:
'--concatenate'
'-A'
Appends other 'tar' archives to the end of the archive.
But when I try to do something like:
tar -A -f 11.tar 22.tar 33.tar
only 22.tar is appended to 11.tar, and 33.tar is silently ignored.

When looking at `info tar "tar inv" syn`, it says:
Each NAME in the synopsis above is interpreted as an archive
member name when the main command is ... or ‘--update’ (‘-u’).
And in `info tar op ad up` it says:
... by comparing the date of the specified archive members
against the date
The change in meaning of the --exclude option happenned more
than thirty years ago. Mentioning it is no longer helpful.

The style of some of the lines printed for 'tar --help' appears to
have changed: they begin with an uppercase letter, instead of a
lowercase as most of the others. Attached patch corrects this to a
consistent lowercase. It also removes a few periods, and chops up
some overlong lines.

If tests/genfile is not intended to be installed to /{,usr}/bin,
then it seems unnecessary to me to internationalize its messages.
Someone doing debugging may be expected to know enough English to
