I am not sure how it is built for the GnuWin32 release, I have both
VisualStudio's 2005, and 2008. Or whether it is built using MinGW32 ?

Eric,
Tried with MinGW but I cannot figure out where its putting its binary, tried
with 'configure --PREFIX=/mingw/m4' but that does not seem to work. You
really need to get one of the GnuWin32 maintainers to have a look at it.
Please keep me in the loop.

I try again with Os2 and the ./configure failed here:
checking whether an open file can be renamed... return: Illegal number: -/
