lilypond-2.7.26-4 broken (Windows)

lilypond-2.7.26-4 (Windows) is broken. GNU LilyPond 2.7.27 ERROR: In procedure primitive-load-path: ERROR: Unable to find file "lily.scm" in load path Note that it says "2.7.27". After renaming "lilypond\usr\lib\lilypond\2.7.26" to "2.7.27", it works. _
