Melody bars are out of sync after tie into first alternative and added lyrics

Hi, after the tie into the first alternative the bar of second alternative seems to be out of sync. In the example it seems that the alternative 2 has only space for 3 quarter  notes, if the alternative 2 does not start with "r4". This happens only, if I add the lyrics. Thank You for looking into

Thank you for the speedy reply! At first, the example fixed the issue - thank you again.   There might be a small misunderstanding in "When a note is tied over into two or more alternative endings [...]" this is also needed if the tie goes only into the first alternative as well - Anyone fix the i
