I downloaded and installed Lilypond as instructed on your website.
When I double-clicked the "test.ly", the Cygwin window appears,
but it does not generate PDF file nor DVI file.

To generate bug.txt:
- open cygwin shell using the desktop icon.
- type: sh -x /usr/bin/bug-lilypond-cygwin >& bug.txt
- type: echo $PWD
By this you can find out what folder bug.txt was generated to. (/cygdrive/c
