The bug has already been fixed in the latest development version 2.9.9
and should also be fixed in the next stable version 2.8.5 whenever that is
released, if I'm not mistaken.

To recount, there is apparently a bug (2.8.2) when displaying rests using
the code [note]\rest. This code works fine as long as the note is anything but
b (or h for German), in which case the location of the rest revert
