the lilypond-learning was where the original report came from. Now, the
13JAN10... I have no idea how that came in, because 2.12.3 was officially
released on 20 dec 2

I forgot that the website shows the 2.12 manuals, which haven't had a
release in 2010 and thus shouldn't have the copyright year bumped.
