After installing 2.13.24-1 (lilypond-2.13.24-1.mingw.exe) on my Windows XP Virtual machine, LilyPond fails to run. The error is "This application has failed to start because libgs.exe.so.8.70 was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem. The dialog box title is "gs.exe - U
