I wanted a text markup at the very beginning of the staff, instead of over the first note. The \mark appears there, but it is centered over the spot. I tried: (lilypond-2.0.1) \mark\markup{ \left-align "Lively in the upper octave." } But that doesn't work. It stays centered (and extends quite
