If an invisible rest in the top staff is followed by a key change, the
spacing in the other staffs is incorrect.

about fontconfig can be found in the fontconfig(3) manual
page and on http://fontconfig.org
It worked before. Lilypond 2.8 still works.
Does someone know how to repair this?
