Regression Test bugs in 2.3

Hi, Some mostly minor issues in the regression test. stem-tremolo.ly Bars 10 and 11 have tremolo segments too low on the stem. This is most noticable at beats one and two in bar 11. arpeggio-collision.ly To my eye, it looks as though the arpeggios are too far away from the chords they affect.
