sheet" example
from section 2.4.1 Songs.

The example LM 3.1.1 is inconsistent.
The shorthand music used "d" as the second note;
\relative c'' {
c4 a d c
}
while the expanded version (and subsequent examples) has "b":
\relative c'' {
c4 a b c
}

This is typical for a font cache problem. Particularly in connection
with upgrades/reinstallations.

Hi Everybody,
I just let the software update run on my Mac and now Lillypond freezes!
The terminal reads "GNU LilyPond 2.18.2" then nothing happens. I am using
zsh.
This is really sad because lillypond is an integral part of my workflow.
