in case this is not a known issue: all examples on
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/input/regression/musicxml/collated-files#top
lead to a 404 Not Found Error. It says e.g.
The requested URL /doc/v2.17/input/regression/musicxml/19/lily-4197d4c2.xml
was not found on this server.
