In that case the .iso file is ready, except the scm def is in
/etc/mime.types. Is it worth changing it so that it's in user's

Actually I find the advise to have to use \skip "number of notes"
really "tricky", not user-friendly at all!
The same for the suggestion to use a temporary voice for the
