I've been bitten by this several times. Usually a workaround is possible,
namely by moving the associatedVoice change back one sylla
I can't seem to reproduce this in 2.11.34 (or perhaps I don't understand
the bug). Could you try with an updated version of lilypond and let me
know if you still see the bug?
