a needed mention early in manual

I just did a search for the words case sensitive and it's not there at least in the two different searches I tried but I found that with 2.6.4 on xp that R4 killed the ability of lily to compile with no report of any kind so a mention of case sensitivity would be appropriate somewhere in the manua
