Minor bug in Lilypond 2.2.5
When in the tenor clef, and changing from (eg) g major to c major, the
fsharp is cancelled in the wrong octave - gmajor puts (correctly) f sharp
whilst going to c major cancels f' sharp
Other sharps and all flats seem ok
