argument was that most players look for tempo info in Track 0, and they
don't find it, so they use the standard 4/4 = 120. Deep within the

I have just noticed that Lilypond 2.1.26 produces "mute" midi-files.
Midi files were produced correctly with 2.1.11. After conversion to
2.1.26 I get no sound.
Has anyone else noticed this?
