The pictures showing the instrument names do not show the full name. The
left of the name goes off the left side of the picture. Is this lilypond-book
having the problems?
Will the new voice names definition be added either to here, or to the vocal
part in the future?

the acciaccatura slur ties to the stem and not to the head.
I note also that in 2.0 the 8ths notes were not beamed together. I
dunno which one is ok.
