1.7.13: midi2ly chords have duration inside & out

I'm running midi2ly on a piece with chords. In the resulting file, I see a lot of occurances like <>8 where the duration is both inside and outside the new style of chord. (Not a rush on this, but I did want to report it.) Thx for Lily! /Hans ___
