Patch for settrans --help

Hi there, I've written a trivial patch that clarifies the --help message of settrans. The problem is that settrans can be used as: settrans -fgap ... Thus using both the "active" and "passive" option at the same time. This appeared illogical. Hope it helps! Guillaume >From 44b7d36f61a429ef
