Would it be possible to hide a node via unionmount?
For example I might want to remove a file from the underlying node when I
replace it with a new but differently named one (i.e. lib.so.1 -> lib.so.3).

I've gotten a basic implementation of server provided ioctl handlers
working. In which I unconditionally load a server provided module
containing the handlers on every call to ioctl, and then immediately
unload the module. I would like to discuss some details of the current
