files fully replayed or whatnot that constitutes "fully clean" state, is a

While running [libc]/configure script
$ mkdir build;cd build
$ ../configure
It prints warning message:
configure: WARNING: --prefix= (empty) is requed for GNU/Hurd to work
normaly.
I wish to install libc to the root. So I try
