Sorry , this was my fault, i forgot to run console ... after running the
command:
console -d vga -d pc_kbd --repeat=kbd -d pc_mouse -repeat=mouse -d
generic_speaker -c /dev/vcs
and logging in the variable PATH is set correctly.

I installed hurd in qemu from L1 DVD iso and only now I noticed an error at
the very end of native-install:
Setting up apt-utils (0.7.24) ...
I just make sure that /libexec/runsystem is properly updated.
