Hallo! The GDB testsuite uses the expect program to control a GDB process (testee). These are connected via a pseudo terminal, by /hurd/term. Sooner or later, some action (of expect, of GDB, of ...) confuses the term server that much, that it apparently gets into some inconsistent internal state.
