You can copy over the existing compiler-gcc8.h file and name it
compiler-gcc9.h

Hi all:
Today, after upgrade my Debian GNU/Hurd installation, I found a problem
during my GNU Mach compilation.
This problem seems related with GCC version, showing an error saying:
"fatal error: linux/compiler-gcc9.h: no such file or directory"
I attach a screenshot with the entire error.
