Yes, and it's quite alive already: http://www.bddebian.com/~wiki/ And it has the importen (imo) strength, that it is being hosted on a hurd machine. There's not much better for getting people to realize that Hurd is good than using it for the Websites. Besides: Which distro runs on bddebian?
